Hi friends!
My name is Allie Ragland and I am so excited to be apart of this journey to share The Gospel across the world! I recently graduated with my bachelors in Psychology from University of North Florida. The semesters leading up to graduation were full of many emotions and questions of what am I going to do next. I was using “I’m praying about what God’s plan for my life is” as a crutch to hold off on what I knew He was calling me to do. Matthew 28:18-20 tells us exactly what to do. “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” I decided to take a leap of faith and here I am! I’ve heard many times the opposite of faith is fear. Since fear is a liar, I am trusting Jesus in this journey!
A little about me: I am 23 years old and the youngest of 5! I currently work as a receptionist at an advertising company in Jacksonville, FL where I was born and raised. I go to The Church of Eleven22 and love my discipleship groups! I have two dogs, Beau and Sadie who I love so much! I enjoy singing karaoke, baking, and going on adventures! My favorite movie is My Big Fat Greek Wedding. One of my greatest accomplishments in life was when I was 9, I was the 2nd fastest 9 year old girl swimmer in Jacksonville.
My heart has been in missions for as long as I can remember. I have had the opportunity to help build part of a house for a pastor in Panama and spend two summers in China teaching English and sharing The Gospel! As I am preparing for this trip not only financially but spiritually, I’m praying for the people we will encounter in these countries. I’m praying we allow the Holy Spirit to guide our team and boldly pray for salvation throughout this broken world! I’m asking for your prayers for our team and those we will be ministering to.
