Hello everyone!
Right now i am sitting in the Atlanta airport about to catch my flight back to Wichita and i wanted to take this time to update everyone about the crazy weekend i was blessed with. Adventure in Missions had an open house this Saturday for the world racers to come in and see the campus for training camp and get some basic information about the trip and what to expect for training camp. Having family that lives near Atlanta i decided to fly down for a few extra days, so i would be able to spend time with family while i was here. My mom and i arrived at the open house near Gainesville GA around 9:30 AM on Saturday and got to spend the day connecting with about 20 of the other squad members that came for the open house. From playing in the 6 inches of snow that we were blessed with to team building exercises to listening to the speakers encouragement, my team and i were able to connect and start building relationships that will hopefully only be made stronger through the 9 months we are about to embark on together. I am so grateful for everyone’s love and support as i begin preparing for this adventure and i cant wait to see the amazing things God has planned for this trip.
