Holy Wildfire
What is a wildfire and how does it start?
The definition of a wildfire is a large, destructive fire that spreads quickly over woodland or brush.
We usually see a wildfire as a bad event that takes places and causes untold damage, but what we don’t think about is the incredible life it can bring back to a dying forest.
It usually starts with just a little spark that causes a chain reaction that grows to a massive fire. This massive fire can reach hundreds if not thousands of miles.
Now why am I talking about wildfires for? Did I recently just get into the causes and impacts of wildfires? No.
The Gospel of Christ is a Wildfire that cannot be controlled. To the local religions, governments, and sometimes people it can look and feel destructive. However, that is an illusion sent by the Enemy. This Holy Wildfire brings in abundant life and peace that many people on this earth have never known let alone heard about.
My team are going overseas carrying little more than a match. God didn’t call us to do the work of the Wildfire, but He did call us to light that match and go to the nations with it.
It may not be a instant revival but fire is a bit funny like that. When you start a fire it starts small but after some time and adding more fuel to it what happens? It grows, it gets hot, and with God as the fuel which feeds the fire who can put it out?
Imagine you have a small fire in a fire pit and you and pine straw surrounding the area for as far as the eye can see. Now imagine somebody coming and using a fire hose to spray gasoline on that fire. What would happen? A uncontrollable fire that spreads and explodes everywhere it touches.
That is God. That is His Word. That is what He is doing all over the world!
That is my team’s mission. To carry a lit match, start a fire, and stand back and let God come in and start His Wildfire.

I want to see it spread across the entire world.
This generation, I pray, is the generation that starts another Holy Wildfire that takes over the entire world!
