Hi everyone, I hope you all are well!  This is Michelle, Tab’s Mom, just checking in and sharing my thoughts again.  It is a quiet Saturday morning – which would not be unusual in any way at 10 am on the weekends here at home. This particular Saturday however, as I sip my second cup of coffee and gaze upon the gorgeous mountains of the Blue Ridge, I am thinking of my daughter half way around the world. I am thinking of the changes in the seasons and the changes in our lives.

You see, Fall is Tabitha’s absolute FAVORITE time of the year and I feel just a little guilty experiencing God’s splendor here without her.  The leaves look just a little less vibrant, the breezes feel a tad less crisp, and the pumpkin lattes taste just a little less sweet. I miss her.  I MISS HER.

Tabitha has a special way of making everything around her vibrant, her energy radiates and is infectious!  These are the qualities that she is sharing in Cambodia and Thailand and Oh! are those she shares with the lucky ones!!  She will leave a part of her behind in the lives that she touches and they will be the better for it.

Her season in Southeast Asia will come to an end, but a new season will begin; and although it may be different, one thing is constant and will carry though – her unfaltering love for the Lord and trust in all that He does.

And just as I sit her thinking of her and wishing she could be here with me, I know God has a plan for the next season in my life as well, and I trust that it is GOOD! And I may just treat myself to a PSL today and savor the sweetness 🙂

Blessings – Michelle
