OHHHHHH MYYYYYY GOOOODNEEESSSSS

Can we ALL just take a moment to thank God for his faithfulness!!?

I raised $842 total from my most recent fundraiser selling T-shirts! The Lord truly went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations with this fundraiser.

When I first met with the company I decided to work with, my goal was to sell 50 T-shirts to make about $500 profit. About a week before I was supposed to end my fundraiser, I had only sold 32 T-shirts. The ranges the company gave me for goals for me to earn a certain amount of profit were to sell 37-57 shirts to make 50% profit. The next range was to sell 58-84 shirts to make almost 54% profit, which isn’t a huge change but hey, its still more profit! I was below even the first range! I started to let my guard down and little doubts began flooding my mind. “You’re not going to sell enough shirts.” “Nobody wants the shirts you’re selling, it’s not a good fundraiser.” “You should’ve never started this fundraiser, it’s not going to work.” And on Monday (Nov. 18th) I had a bit of a breakdown fearing I was not going to sell enough shirts. I had already let go of that first goal of selling 50 shirts that I made when I first met with the company. That very next day, Tuesday Nov. 19th, I SOLD OVER 10 SHIRTS!!! This boosted me into the first range where I wanted to be! This got me to about 45 shirts which was incredible. I only had to sell about 5 more to get to my very first goal before it all started. With a lot of prayer, I decided to go to my old church, Commerce United Methodist Church, the church I grew up in and try to sell some shirts there. I sold 13 shirts there! The very last week I had my fundraiser open, I sold over 25 shirts, and by the end I sold exactly 80 shirts. This was 30 over my goal!! Not only was it over my original goal, I was boosted into the NEXT RANGE to make even more profit on the shirts!

$842 YOU GUYS!!!

I also had received $250 in donations from CUMC and even more donations the last few days after closing my fundraiser. This brings my fundraising total to…(drumroll)

$4,653

I am almost fully funded!!! I only need to raise $247 more to be at the full $4,900…

Is anyone else screaming, or is it just me??

I am so excited to see how close I am to being fully funded. Every tear shed out of fear of fundraising is now turned into tears of joy! I am so thankful to every single person that has donated to me and prayed for me throughout all of this.

If you made it all the way to the bottom, WOOHOO! Thank you!!

With SO much love and gratitude, Rachel
