*WOAH…I made my first post written in SPANISH!! (Don’t worry though, I provided an English translation) 
Como muchos saben, amo el idioma español, PERO, amo a Jesús más! Así que cuando surgió la oportunidad de ir a a unos países hispanohablantes para difundir el amor de Dios, pensé, “Perfecto!” Esto me da la oportunidad de combinar mis dos cosas favoritas!! Me siento tan bendecida de poder usar algo que amo, para hablar de alguien que amo aún más.
As many of you know, I love the Spanish language. BUT, I love Jesus MORE! So when the opportunity arose to go to Spanish speaking countries to spread the love of God, I thought, “perfect!” This gives me the opportunity to combine my two favorite things!! I feel so blessed to be able to use something I love, to talk about somebody I love even more. I pray I have the courage to try, even if I mess up. I know there are going to be times in my practice where I say the wrong thing, or pronounce something funny, or just don’t know what to say at all, but that is how I will learn. It’s a little scary, but at the same time, such an exciting learning opportunity!
Estoy TAN emocionada de poder ir a países hispanohablantes para difundir la Palabra de Dios! Esta oportunidad es muy emocionante para mí porque he estudiado español por casi 4 años y tengo una pasión para aprender idiomas. Mi objetivo es hablar español con fluidez con hablantes nativos, así que esto me da la oportunidad de estar en el ambiente perfecto para practicar mientras hago la obra de Dios!
I am SO excited to be able to go to Spanish speaking countries to spread the Word of God! This opportunity is so exciting for me because I have studied Spanish for almost 4 years and I have a passion for learning languages. It is my goal to speak Spanish fluently with native speakers, so this gives me the chance to be in the perfect environment for practice while doing God’s work!

Dios me ha dado un espíritu de VALOR!! NO de temor.
