I hope you are doing well! I am writing to you because I want to share with you an exciting and life-changing opportunity that has been set before me. I have been accepted for the World Race mission trip through Adventures in Missions. After spending the last four years teaching, I feel like God is leading me to spend an extended period of time working outside the U.S. as a missionary. I can’t wait to see how the Lord will work in and through me during this adventure.
World Race is an 11-month mission trip to 11 countries around the world. Through World Race, my team and I will serve in partnership with churches and ministries in local communities to preach the Gospel, plant churches, work in orphanages, minister to women and children trapped in prostitution because of human trafficking, and bring hope of the Father’s love to many tribes and nations. For me specifically, my mission field will include time in the following countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, Nepal, India, South Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, and Zambia.
The World Race is an amazing opportunity to multiply His Kingdom, and I long to be a part of it, but surely I cannot do this on my own. To chase my dreams and pursue relationships with people around the world, telling them about the greatest love story of all, I need to raise support.
