Community is something I’ve learned a lot about this past year and especially this past month. The definition of community is a feeling of fellowship with others. God created us to live in community. Even God lives in community (3 in 1) – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit!! I have learned that the community you surround yourself with plays such a big role in the way you love others. I have been blessed with people that continuously pour into me and love to the best of their abilities. We all have qualities that stand out and can be used in different ways to glorify God. So here’s a little bit I’ve noticed about the people God has currently placed me in community with…

Bri – speaks words of life, encouragement, and truth into people at all times. God shines through her constantly in the way she selflessly cares for others.

Jules – a nurturer. comforter. caring soul.

Chloe – naturally talks to anyone with such ease and a genuine curiosity.

Anna – her brain works in a way i admire. She’s logical & constantly challenging herself and those around her.

Emma – aware & vulnerable. She acknowledges what areas God wants her to grow in & pushes herself to open up.

Megan – hard worker. She wants everything to be the best it can be.

Alex – has a strong presence. A natural born leader that people are drawn to.

Mya – bubbly & joyful. She is light that shines through every situation and can absolutely melt your heart.

Ashley – has this energy to carry out whatever passion she has.

Kelly (our leader) – gives advice in a way that always points you back to the Lord.

Lord, thank you for the community you blessed me with at South Carolina, the community I currently have here, and the community that you will place in my life at UGA in the spring. All of this is in your hands and my prayer is that you are always the foundation of my communities.
