I’d like to introduce my little, but not so little, brother Colin! I asked him to write a guest blog for me and I’m excited to post what life at home is like for him without me and what God is doing in his life!

I’m so thankful for Colin and his humor and I miss him a lot so I’m glad to be able to post this blog from him today! 🙂

What is life like without Hannah? The real question is what is life like with a world racer? Someone who is traveling the world and spreading God’s word. Someone who has left everything behind to follow God. Life at home is different, of course, but life is different for her as well. It is very apparent that God is moving in Hannah’s life, but He also is moving in her family’s life just as much. While she is out of the hemisphere doing ministry, we are learning patience, trust, love, and a lot of stalking. One thing God is doing in my life as a brother is showing me that He is with me always. But not only that, he is with Hannah, mom, dad, and everyone always. He has shown me that His love has never, and will never fail. It won’t fail me, her, our family, or anyone. A couple things that are different about Hannah being on the world race is that I’m the only child. I now receive all the attention in the house which means more food and my own car, I practically own the house 🙂 I’ve never seen mom and dad get so excited about receiving a WhatsApp notification from their daughter. We may as well have an alarm system for when the racer comes online. It’s fun to be able to hear about the good times and the deep stories from my sister even when she’s on a different continent. But wether she’s riding a chicken bus, or cutting grass with the children, she will always have protection, security, and people who love her across the world.
