This is in an informal blog to express a very real need.
Training camp is next week and I’m looking at hard deadlines. I currently stand at $2,415 in my fundraising account and need $5,000 by the time I leave for camp otherwise I could very well be cut from the team.
My overall goal is $20,500 but I have to meet fundraising increments in the following deadlines: $10,000 by July 18th; $13,000 by September 30th and fully funded by the end of November which would be month 4 on the Race.
Long story short I was accepted on this route much later than my fellow teammates giving me roughly only 4 months to fundraise by the time of launch in August when most of my squad had a year to prepare. I began this journey in faith and continue to stand on His Word whether or not I am to see this endeavor through to the end.
If you feel led at all to help you are helping further His Kingdom and your reward is far greater than anything you could give. I just ask for prayers that if it truly is His will for me to leave this year that He would provide.
