A year of new beginnings, a year of changes, a year of leaving for the World Race. I have been praying for a word for this next year of my life. Every year, I try to find the perfect word to live by. 2020 is a year of me living a totally new lifestyle, something I have never in my life experienced before. I will be taking off on a journey January 9th that will certainly change my life forever. A journey that will stretch me beyond my wildest dreams, sending me into the United States to share the gospel.
With all of these changes, and new things. The word that has been pressing on me so much is “GROWTH.” In 2020 I hope to grow in many different ways, and I hope to be able to grow the people that surround me through this new season. A few parts in my life I want to grow are spiritually, mentally, relationship wise, and knowledge of the world around me. God has called me into the biggest adventure of my life in 2020.
My biggest hope for the year? To grow my relationship with him, to gain a wealth of knowledge about his word and works, and to grow my relationship with my team into unbreakable bonds. When speaking to the people I get the chance to share the word of God with, planting that ever-important seed. Starting the growth cycle of their relationship with God. In turn, growing myself even further by learning from the world, the cultures, and the people around me.
