Hey y’all!
My name is Brook Dilley and I’m from Polk City, Iowa. I have an amazing family including my mom, dad, brother, and of course my dog 🙂
I graduated from high school in May of 2020, and it was quite the senior year. I stayed very involved in my church, worked a ton at a local hardware store, and just went with the flow as Miss Rona came in and disrupted all of our lives.
I was an editor for our school newspaper, and I love writing so so much. So be prepared for some lengthy blogs 🙂 I also took Criminal Justice classes at the local community college and was involved in mock trial.
I am so so excited to go on the World Race Gap Year. I don’t have tons of experience with mission trips, although I did go to Uganda this past summer for 10 days. That was my first international mission trip, and it completely changed my life. After that trip, I knew I was being called to do more mission work, and so here I am! I can’t wait for the experiences ahead of me.
