Team Blaze Trailers has spent the past 2 weeks in Marysville, Ohio. We stayed with a former World Racer and her family. The second we arrived we were welcomed with open arms. The community in Marysville was very welcoming and kind. While we were there we worked with the hope center. The hope center gives to the community in multiple ways.

Our first day working at the hope center we worked at the mobile market. We went to a local fire station were we made boxes of food to give out to people in the community. They said with the Corona virus more and more people were in need of the food boxes. It was amazing to see the amount of food that was provided to hand out. It was amazing to see what God provided to the hope center to give to the community. After a hard days work they even gave us a ride in the fire truck. I really enjoyed our first day at the hope center it was amazing to see how grateful the community was. It was also amazing to see the amount of volunteers that came out to help hand out the food.

Most of our time at the hope center was spent organizing different rooms in the hope center. It was crazy to see the transformation. When we initially started on a room we could barely enter the room. By the end it was easy being able to get to everything. I was in shock of how much my team and I were able to get done. The rooms were completely transformed.

While we were also in Marysville we got to go to several small groups. After the small group several members told us that a light an energy entered the room whenever we did. It was really nice getting to spread Gods love to all of these people. To encourage them to continue spreading Gods joy. I made friendships their that will last a life time.

Before we even made it to Marysville Jacob, Susan and I got to evangelizing in a local mall. We ended up meeting a guy who I will call “K”. We learned that he moved to the United states from Turkey about a week before quarentine. He said he hadn’t had the chance to make any friends because everything had been shut down. We got to meet up with him for dinner several times throughout the 2 weeks and really get to know him. We officially became his first American friends. He really enjoyed getting to know us and I know we made an impact on his life.

I really enjoyed the ministry we got to do in Marysville. We got to help out in so many different ways and touch so many lives. I will never forget our time in Marysville.
