Hello!
If we’ve never met before, my name is Bailey Gillis and I want to say thank you for taking the time to visit my World Race Blog! I hope I get to meet you someday, but for now here’s a bit about me!
I come from a family of 2 wonderful, loving and supportive parents and a younger brother who’s definitely one of my best friends. I grew up in Rochester, MN but currently live in Fargo, ND. My dad still lives in Rochester so occasionally I get to visit family and friends, and my mom, stepdad, and brother all live in San Antonio, TX, so I also get to escape North Dakota winters.
I’m a senior at North Dakota State University (Go Bison!) and I’m graduating this Fall with a degree in Biological Sciences, focusing on Environmental Science! The Lord has seriously blessed me in my field with so many research and connection opportunities. I love what I do so much that after I graduate I have plans to continue my education (I guess 17 years hasn’t been enough) go to Graduate school. Between my bachelors and masters, I have a semester off and the Lord really impressed on me to go on a missions trip during that time. More on that story to come…
Aside from school, I love being with people, singing, playing and listening to music, cooking delicious food, and doing anything outside.
