LAST BLOG POST BEFORE I COME HOME!! Hey!! So the last week of all us doing ministry went pretty long! Lot of manual work! But I have to say I think Sunday was my favorite day! But not because we didn’t do manual labor , I actually kind of liked what we did!! I like Sunday because some of us were with the kids for an hour! And we did the cha cha song which is a simple song with simple dance moves that we taught them this week and they love! I actually had a group of three girls come up to me after and ask if I would teach them
The dance !ME !! There were others who danced with me and I wasn’t leading the dance so, I was unsure how to respond…. but I did teach them the dance and they loved it!! It was such an amaze time for me and the girls!! Then we came back to the adult service and we did the dance for everyone twice, once we did it ourselves then the second time we had the kids come up and do it with us! It was so awesome and the worship in different languages was fantabulous too!!( fantastic and fabulous combined .. it’s a made up word).
This week is our last week here! We leave for the USA on Saturday night! We have a 1 AM flight Sunday morning and then a 5-6 hour layover in Fort Lauderdale, then we land in Atlanta at like 2-3 in the afternoon! Then I’m in Atlanta til Tuesday when my first flight leaves at like 10 AM. Then I have a 1-2 hour layover at some Maryland airport, and fly into Harrisburg, PA around 2-4 in the afternoon where I will be picked up and I WILL OFFICIALLY BE HOME!! Then I’ll see most of you on Sunday, DECEMBER 1st!!
This week we went to ministry two of the days with the other world race team! The team was to have gone to another country but there were complications with getting in the country so a team of a 11 in 11 squad are here for a second month in Peru! Last night we went to a hillsong concert and it was so fun especially when they sang in Spanish!!
There was 8 of us that went! And we all had a blast hanging out and worshiping with all the people at the concert!
