I am the type of person that always stands by my word. My word is all I have and God has shown me through His Word that words have power. So, here is the presentation of my promise.

I promised that for every ten new subscribers I would eat something out of United States ordinary in each country. I have since gained 50 new subscribers, so I will also be eating something in Bolivia, Argentina, Ghana, and Togo. As my subscriber number rises, I will add more countries to the list. I just want this journey to be fun for everyone involved.

Going to eat Guinea Pig was an adventure. We had to ride a bus to a town where we only had landmark directions to find the correct place to eat it safely and the most delicious way.

We got off the bus, way before we were supposed to, ending up in the wrong town. We hopped another bus to get to the right town to finish following the directions we were given, where we found the correct place to eat Cuy. They had a simple, but beautiful setup and cool outside Banos (bathrooms).

Three of us split a Cuy platter because we were slightly nervous to try it and didn’t want to waste any. To our surprise, it was actually pretty delicious and so was the frozen Limonade that had so much Pizasss as April said! Hahaha

Below is the video for your enjoyment, it is also my first Vlog, so have mercy on me as I grow in this! Feel free to leave your comments or ideas about what you may want me to eat or what you would like to see, I am open!

Prayer Requests:

  • Overcoming altitude issues as we go higher into Bolivia being nearly 2.5 miles above sea level.

  • Fundraising (Prayerfully consider becoming a monthly donor of $5-50, which would help me tremendously.) The donations do not go towards outside adventures, I have friends and family that try to support me monthly. Instead, your donations go towards my lodging, food, travel, and insurance to stay safe on the field. All of us play a role in spreading the gospel, some go, others send and each part is equally important. So, thank you for everyone that has helped, that is helping and those that will help. You have more impact on changing the world than you may know.

Stay tuned for my month one wrap up of ministry here in Peru! God has used us in so many amazing ways to reach this community and I am excited to share it with you all!
