Wow, God’s done so much since I’ve last posted a blog. Ending Romania and beginning Guatemala has been such a treat and an incredible blessing. If Romania was a season of growing and hardship then Guatemala is a season of abundant joy.

When we were about to leave Romania I began to ask the Lord what He had for Guatemala and He said this:
“Abundant joy. I’m going to be in every moment of every day. You’ll feel my presence unlike ever before.”
.
Man has He been right. Just joy. From the moment we got off the bus at the adventures in mission base, rolling in the field of grass outside of the base to the moment I’m in worship spinning in a dance to my heavenly father. Or maybe the moment when I’m on the bus going to Antigua and I see a little boy named David in front of me. I crack him a smile and the little boy smiles right back at me. The Lord is in every moment. Every day.

This past week has been such a beautiful week of just confirmation in what the Lord is doing in all of us. To see the joy that not only I’m experiencing but also that the rest of my squad is seeing in their time so far here in Guatemala.

Please pray for us in these next few months here in Guatemala. I think the Lord is going to move in some mighty ways so please pray for our hearts and minds. I’ll try to use this blog as a testimony of what the Lord is doing and is going to continue to do in these next few months.
