Due to Covid, all squads on the World Race are being sent home.
I don’t think anyone thinks they will go home when they sign up. I prepared for nine months. I wanted all nine months.
I’m upset, frustrated, and genuinely confused.
It doesn’t seem right. It’s hard and it doesn’t all make sense to me.
But in the midst of all of these emotions, His plan is perfect.
In the midst of deep confusion, His peace conquers all.
In the midst of heartbreak, His love overflows.
In the midst of all I don’t understand, He is still good.
And if that’s all I have to cling onto, I still have everything I need.
Holding onto those truths. If any of y’all have questions, feel free to reach out. I ask for grace extended as it’s going to be a hard adjustment going back to the states this way.
Please please pray for my squad and all squads that have gotten this news the past few days. As we are all going home within the next week. Please pray for travel & protection and peace to fill our hearts.
