Hi there, my name is Michelle Dudley. I am a born and raised Texan who is currently living in Michigan. I have my Associates in Arts and Bachelors in Photography–very right brain dominant. I enjoy landscape and wildlife photography. For the moment, I am not sure what I want to do with my life. Since my graduation in May of 2017, I spent the entire summer traveling the country with my Mom. After being home, the yearn for adventure was still there. I did not want to stop exploring. I moved to Michigan in the fall (to live with my Grandpa) for what I thought would be only three months and then it turned into sixteen months–go figure. This last year was full of surprising growth for me (finding a church, meeting new people, getting a new job, exploring the state, etc). Now that I have seen how far I have come and how I’ve grown, I feel God is now calling me to grow even farther! I am hoping the World Race will give me a chance to discover what it is that I’m called to do. This opportunity combines my passion for travel and my love for God in one. I’m very interested in exploring different cultures and gaining a better understanding of the world we live in. This eleven-month mission trip will allow me to serve God’s people, and be the hands and feet of Jesus! What more could you ask for? My hope is to be completely stretched out of my comfort zone and to flourish abundantly in my Christian faith. I want to love people like Jesus did and be able to share those experiences with you guys (y’all) as well. Please continue to shower me in prayer as I start my fundraising process and preparation for this journey of a lifetime.
