Paige
Someone who I know will always (sometimes) play outside with me, share a coke, and a laugh. Someone who can burst into a British accent out of nowhere. Someone who without fail, will dance to No hands with me, and all of the other songs. Someone who will help me clean my nose piercing out even if she doesn’t want to. Someone who will straighten my hair. Someone who is gentle. Someone who is aware and knows when I need a hug. Someone who selflessly puts her people first. Someone who fiercely leads, even if it is silently. Someone who loves growth. Gosh I love this person so hard.
Skylar
The mom of the group. The person who will call me out for getting white shoes, because she knows dang well, Im a mess. Braids my hair, helps me find things (Things I didn’t even lose), laughs at my jokes when they are not funny. The best brownie maker. A person who is walking through a beautiful boldness. Someone who so obediently and carefully listens to what God is saying. Someone who leads out and encourages our team so WELL. Someone who reminds me I have purpose. Sky Sky, you’re a gem. I love you.
Midge
HOLD UP. A person who I know will laugh with me. Someone who will be delusional with me even though its quiet hours. Someone I can count on to eat all their weight in ice cream & San Martin. Someone who will dance with me all night. Someone who will lend me a shirt, when I hand wash all my clothes on a day it rains outside. Someone who has the most kind heart. Someone who is so freaking bubbly, and their smile just makes your entire day. Someone who wants to know how to love you well/better. Someone who is so so capable. Someone who loves the power of scripture, and wants to grow in it. Hands down a person, I freaking love so deep.
Ana
My favorite person to shop with (shoe shopping of course) Someone who loves snacks and all things sweet. Someone who I know will laugh at or with me. Someone who will give me all her meat at dinner or the things she won’t eat. Someone who probably won’t let me borrow clothes, because I spilled tooth paste on the last one. Someone with the best style. Sweet sweet Ana. A person who feels absolutely everything and more. Will hold your hand, lend you her shoulder, and would give you her right arm. A person who will look at you with tears in her eyes, because you are crying. A person who will encourage you and comfort you in the best way you want to be comforted. Ana banana, I love you.
Charlie
A person who I know will be down for a jar of pickles. A person who will definitely laugh at me. A person who will go to Parramos with me just to get nuggets. A person who will grab me the special chips before they run out. A person that will do her laundry with me, just to have to redo it all because it rained, ALL DAY. An artsy girl she is. A person who will sit and be still with me. A person that has made it a priority to understand me. A person who reminds me that I am so loved. An observer. A person who walks in wisdom, and pieces the most beautiful words together. A person that tells me my feelings are valid. A person who loves me and our team so well. Charlie girl, I love you big.
Evelyn
A person who will offer me a lactate pill because she knows dairy be messing me up. A person who will recite all of the tik -toks with me. Someone who without doubt asks me everyday “How many times have you watched that movie since being here?” Someone who will rescue a Peppa the pig piñata that was stolen as a prank. Someone who laughs at me for loving romance movies so much. Someone who checks up on me. Someone who everyday will greet me with a simple, “Hey May!” Someone who is wise and brings so much truth. Someone who not only hears when the Lord is speaking to her, but takes the steps, and chases after it.
Brittany
Someone who makes us do a chant we learned everywhere we go. Our weekly lice checker. My co teacher for 6th grade English. Someone who loves sweets and snacks just as much as we do. She laughs, cries, and dances with us. A person who leads with such a purpose of loving well and being intentional. She leads with a love from the father that runs so deep. Someone who wants to know and understand your heart. Someone who leads with rawness and from a heart that is understanding. I love her bad!

To my team that deals with my loud movies out loud, my constant want for chicken nuggets and coke, my really loud laugh, my hair being everywhere, my random dance parties, me always being on the pot, my stupid loud alarms, all my crying, my messy heart, and so much more, thank you for choosing me everyday. Thank you for calling me higher & pointing me to the cross. I am overjoyed and overwhelmed with so much love by the 7 of you. Can’t believe I get to do life with y’all.
