World Race Gap Year
Swaziland, Thailand, Nicaragua
Dear Reader,
Thanks for taking a minute to read about my 9 month mission to Swaziland, Thailand, and Nicaragua!
Swaziland has the highest HIV/AIDS rate in the world. As a result, thousands of children have been left without parents; groups of us will be sent to orphanages and other child aid services. In Thailand, I’ll spend my days caring for children with special needs or doing projects around our Adventures Thailand base. Because Nicaragua has so much social and political unrest, racers typically focus on relationship building with abandoned children over sports, English, and arts and crafts.
I will be putting my life on hold to do my part with these important issues. You can do your part as well by supporting the mission with prayer and one-time and/or monthly giving. Together I am confident we can raise the full $16,600 needed for flights, insurances, translators, ect. Thank you so much for considering being a part of this vital work! Thank you!
