dear people back home,
you have been on my heart a lot since the beginning of the worldrace. i’ve spent a lot of time praying for you all.
i wish each of you could fit inside my pack so that you could catch a glimpse of this experience.
there is so much that these churches and people oversees grasp that I pray the American church could grow in too.
there is so much that the WorldRace and my squad have taught me that I wish I could show you all.
here are some things that that the Lord has shown me and that he has had me praying over you all:
i pray for joy. overwhelming joy from the Lord that is stronger than anything you are going through. for you to choose joy even when you don’t feel like it.
i pray for unity within the church. true unity. that you will choose to love your neighbor in a radical way, placing them before yourself. that this love would radiate through each of you and that in every moment you would embrace it so that through this love others will come to know the Lord.
i pray for no fear. no fear to be bold with your faith. the people of the church within these closed countries have every reason to be afraid and hold back yet they seize every moment to be bold. God has already defeated the enemy. what have we been so afraid of?
i pray that you would realize that life with God is so much more fun than some people make it sound. it’s a wild adventure and I pray you would find it and enjoy it. i pray that you would listen to God and be obedient to him. radically obedient. when we choose this we also choose freedom, a magical feeling.
please know that each of you are prayed for and so loved. i know the recipient of this blog is very broad but know that if you’re reading this it’s for you. thank you all for your support and encouragement through this journey. it really does mean more than each of you know.
also, i want to let you all know I AM IN INDIA!! this place has been a pleasant surprise, so different than what I expected this country to be like.
we are currently staying in a small college in a village in the northeast but we will be moving to another village tomorrow.
our ministry has looked very different each day and I don’t know what it will look like as we move, but I am very excited for what God is going to do in this country and in my squad.
i don’t think I will have wifi for a while so please keep us in your prayers over the holidays.
merry christmas,
Kenni Grace<3
