Today I want to share with you guys how you can be in prayer for my squad and for Thailand.
Squad:
Pray for health, we have already had several people sick.
Pray for energy, these long work days can be draining.
Pray for boldness, to make relationships with people and to be obedient to what God shows us.
Pray against spiritual warfare, very prevalent here. Most of the time looks like spiraling thoughts and lack of communication.
Pray for a spirit of joy and peace, so that we can be eager to hear from the Lord, spend time with our squad, and minister to others effectively.
Pray for our squad to be a place where love is cultivated. “But the greatest of these is love.” (1 Corinthians 13:13)
Thailand:
Pray for open hearts, open minds.
Pray for the women/men/lady boys in the red light districts, for them to accept that they are worth so much more, for their safety, for them to experience the fathers love.
Pray for the men that are purchasing these services, for a heart change, for them to be a testimony to Gods grace, for a complete turn around.
I believe prayer is super powerful and I have seen how much the Lord truly works through it. So know that every prayer you pray can truly make a difference in the lives of the people here in Thailand. So that being said, I challenge you all reading this to pray big prayers. Ask the Lord to do big things. Not just for Thailand, but for yourself, your family and friends, your school, your current situation. He’s listening and sometimes he’s just waiting on you to ask. Sure he knows your heart and he already knows what you’re going to ask, but he also takes delight in you opening up to him and being vulnerable with him. That’s how relationships grow. You might not get the answer you want, but he WILL answer and through it he will grow you and mold your heart. So trust him. And don’t just talk the whole time. A conversation goes both ways and requires you to also listen. So spend time in silence too and fix your mind on the Lord and what he wants to tell you.
Ok I’m done now.
Thank you for being apart of this journey by reading my blogs, praying, encouraging, and donating. I am so thankful for my supportive community back home. Love you all!!
