Launch is finally here! I can’t believe it! One minute I’m getting ready for training camp and now launch. You know what that means? My race has finally started! How exciting! I get to finally start this amazing journey with these great people for the next 11 months. 3 days of sessions, worship, and having some team time before leaving. We leave Monday morning and start our travel day to get to our first destination Mongolia! Stay tuned for more updates coming your way.

Storyteller… what does that exactly mean? Storytelling describes the social and cultural activity of sharing stories. Yay! I love telling stories. Not sure if I will be good at it but I’m excited to try though. Did some training and learned a few things now I’m tasked with telling the stories presented to me while on the field!

Something that stuck with me during a training session was to not keep my experiences or the stories of others quiet. To ask and not be afraid because if not me who. There are things going on around the world that are not being talked about. What will I do with the stories being given to me? It’s an exciting job but also a scary one. Each team on my squad has a storyteller tasked with this job each one with a unique way of telling stories please pray for us that we may take these stories with care and be able to retell it to you guys in the way the Lord wants it told. That way they have an effect and people are able to connect. My goal for storytelling would be to do brief updates every so often but also write some longer stories when the Lord prompts me to share. I will also be doing some videos as well. So keep a look

out.
