I have been extremely blessed to have an awesome community of people placed around me as I walk this journey. I have already been extremely blessed, and I haven’t even left yet. In this process I have been writing to my closest supporter and sharing updates and prayer requests. I want to share my latest letter and just ask that everyone prays over these things. We need God’s presence and power as apart from it we can do nothing. I just ask that everyone prays over this journey and these requests.
Hello friends, family, brothers, and sisters in Christ. I again want to thank you for the ongoing support. The day is finally here. Funds have been fulfilled, passports have been provided, boarding passes are bought, and tomorrow I will leave my little home in Kentucky and take off on a life changing journey. There is no reason I should have this privilege to take God’s name, and glory to the worlds. The only reason this opportunity feel into my hands is because I’m trying to seek out God’s calling for me. Apart from God and the support of the amazing people he has called this would not be possible. God has given me a front row seat to see how he uses his people for his glory, and I’m so grateful for that. I believe God is going to move massively in my life and the lives of those around me in the next couple months. I also believe there is a massive power that comes through prayer, and I’m going to selfishly ask that you guys pour out prayers on my behalf. I ask that you pray specifically over a couple things. I ask that you first pray that God does a massive work in my heart, and continues to mold me in his likeness, and give me more of a desire to see the nations worship him. I ask secondly that you pray God’s blessing and grace on my teammates and I. I want to be people God uses and I’m praying earnestly that God uses us to properly deliver his words despite our flaws and brokenness. Lastly I ask you to pray that God does a work even now in the hearts of the Peruvian people, so that when we deliver the word they openly receive it and run to God. Please lift me up in prayer over the months to come. I’m excited as I get to continue to seek out God’s heart for all people, and all nations, and I urge you all to seek out God’s heart in your own lives. I will keep you updated as my journey continues. Again please pray for me, my team, and the Peruvian people specifically. I also ask that you pray for blessings and protection on our travels as we leave the country. I truly appreciate the community God has placed around me, and will soon be writing you all from Peru.
