As I sit in the waiting of unfulfilled desires, I also rest in the fulfillment of the things I once waited on. Written below are fragments of my thoughts, prayers, whispers of thanks compiled into a poem. Hard to believe that we are 1 month away from launch date. May my heart soften, my hands open to receive, and my knees buckle in reverence of His goodness. Each day, another promise tied to the rising sun. To observe the mirror of grace, to see the reflection of mercy. Flooded at my feet are precious gifts, from a generous Father. Thank you all for the prayers, financial donations, hugs, words of encouragement, and love.

Eucharisteo!

Had I forgotten?

The resolute love of a valiant Father.

Free-spirit I cling to title as my own,

From the ache of His lion heart that dribbled crisp blood on my dirt.

Wicked hearts emancipated at a price.

Thanksgiving.

Melodious hums of praise escape chapped lips.

Soul swollen with awe and veneration,

Wondering in a world filled with His face amongst each stranger seen.

Incomparable, He orchestrated only one of you, of her, of him, and of me.

Enchanted with His miraculous act of favor.

Joyous.

Impassable savagery found in the mountain peaks,

Giggles trapped in suds from a child’s bubble bath.

The gift of life is missed by the masses,

Caught in the abruptions of a bustling day, slow

See the glee, the lovely illustration of what is in the wait.

Lavished in sainthood each are we now.

 Eucharisteo!
