I LOVE celebrating birthdays, an excuse to have fun with friends.. COUNT ME IN! But I get weird and wallflower-like every year when mine rolls around. Honestly, my ideal birthday present would be a trip somewhere remote without cell reception.
This year I have given myself a drastically different gift, through the World Race Mission Trip I will spend a year in service around the World. And in order to launch this August I need to raise the funds. My next deadline is this July for $10,000.
I am eager for this mission trip to begin, I wish I could fast forward through fundraising and start serving. But, life is a journey and I think the growth from this challenge will help to fully prepare me for the destination(s) to come.
