Heyyooo! I know it has been a little while so here are a couple life updates! I finished sophomore year, in a real slump I might add. However, I am now working at a summer camp and it has been sooo amazing!! I am 6 weeks into it, with 6 more to go! And I could not be more excited about what is to come. I came into it feeling very anxious and defeated but God has just been continually reviving my heart. He knows me so well. He had already prepared this place for me and knew camp was exactly where I needed to be this summer. Literal magical healing powers.
God is so good, y’all!! I have been memorizing several verses since being at camp. One of them being 1 Samuel 12:24 which is “Only fear the Lord and serve him faithfully with all of your heart. For consider the great things He has done for you.” That’s it! God gets all of the glory!
That’s all for now. Gotta get back to my cabin of kiddos, but I just want to encourage you all. God knows the deepest desires and needs of your heart and he wants to satisfy those! He wants to just sit with you and tend to your heart! He wants you living life to the very fullest and giving it your all- that is when he gets the most glory. He is just the best.
