Hi everyone, it’s been a while since I last posted a blog. It’s been a busy couple of weeks with all the packing, finishing up school, buying last minute items, and saying all my goodbyes. I have had an amazing 6 weeks with everyone and I feel so grateful for everything everyone has done for me.
But, I wanted to give you all an update of what I am currently doing…
Right now I am in Atlanta, GA at launch for The World Race. We have about 4 days of launch before we head out on the field. Launch is basically like training camp except now they’re preparing us to leave America for 11 months in just a couple days. It’s so amazing to be with my squad again. I missed them all so much and I am so excited to start this journey with them.
After launch we will be heading straight to South Africa. As of now our estimated leave day is Monday. We will be traveling and flying for about two days and 3 different flights which for someone who doesn’t like to fly all that much means I need some prayers 😉
