Dear Friends and Family,

I am writing to you to tell you all about my exciting news, but first I want to share about myself and how God is tying it all together. First, God has given me a heart for children. I love connecting with them, loving on them, and showing them how worthy of loved they are. Second, after living in the Dominican Republic for 2 years, I feel I have a connection with the Spanish culture and I really love the language. Lastly, I believe missions and reaching out to other countries is important to me. Since our family’s few years of living in the Dominican Republic, missional work in other countries is something I know I want to continue to do as an adult.

Now that I have graduated high school, I want to explore more of the world. So, I’m happy to announce that I have been accepted into Adventures In Missions’ Passport Central America team trip! It is a three month trip; I will be going to both Costa Rica and Nicaragua working within their hispanic cultures & with young children, both of which I love! I am overflowing with excitement! In telling you this great news, I’m hoping to enlist your help. I am raising $5,000 and I’m praying that God will provide the funds I need to complete this trip through donations and the income I’m earning through 2 jobs I’m currently working.

Like I mentioned earlier, missional work is very important to me and it is a part of my created purpose for God’s kingdom. Meeting needs, loving on people and doing it around the globe…  To follow through with these goals, I need your support. Raising $5,000 isn’t easy, but I know with your help and God’s mighty hand, it is indeed possible! So, would you make a generous donation towards my next adventure to Costa Rica and Nicaragua? Thank you so much!!
