The Airport Experience.
Full of hundreds of people literally.
There’s endless possibilities:
Get to know someone new,
Socialize,
Play games,
Break some bread,
But, No.
Everyone is interested in one thing.
Their eyes are glued.
Each separate being created by an amazing God, yet they can’t take in the entirety of any God given moment because they are all brainwashed. Even those traveling with others hardly speak to each other, why?
Is it too much work to communicate with human beings to their face.
Wrapped up in this fake reality that each persons individual devices create for them.
No wonder people are lonely…
No wonder people aren’t happy or satisfied…
Technological devices have become the god of our society.
There’s no time or space for relationship or intimacy.
Human kind has deprived itself of the one thing their souls truly need want and desire.
Jesus speaks the solution to the deepest longing of the human being in Matthew 22:37 when He says “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.” And then in verse 29 goes on to say, “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
Could loving God first, then loving others fill the empty void of loneliness and longing in the core of the being of every human on planet earth?
The answer is simple, yes.
This may sound churchy but I’ve searched and sought meaning, worth, identity, joy, love, peace, fulfillment, and satisfaction in MANY different venues and I stand here today still broken still unworthy, but chosen and walking in the LOVE of and for God and with imperfect love for others feeling complete, full, satisfied, joyful, loved, and at peace, and my why is Jesus Christ.
Find your why.
There’s a God who created this universe.
He wants to know you.
He wants to save you.
He brings joy, peace, love, satisfaction and much much more.
I plead you to start a relationship with Him, or go deeper into the relationship you may already have.
You are LOVED.
Don‘t trade the abundance of each present moment in the presence of God for a false life through an LED screen.
