It’s overwhelming sometimes how big the world is, and how few many people have heard the gospel. I dream of going to these places and looking in peoples eyes to tell them how loved they are.
I feel that in the very depths of my soul, that literally everyone no matter the circumstance deserves to know that they are loved, heard, and seen.
Every now and then, I feel this so deeply that I break down crying, and wondering why God has put such a burden like this on my heart because I am only one small person! Every time I begin to feel this way, God reveals to me that it is not a burden, and it is not my burden to carry. Loving, is something He has called on EVERY single one of us. The opportunity and ability to share this great love is a BLESSING.
Sometimes I feel terrified of what I’ve gotten myself into. Leaving the comfort of my home, my friends, and my family for 9 months living out of a backpack, sounds absolutely crazy. Although I’m scared, I am continually being reminded by my mentors and my new teammates, who have been called towards the same life, that it is worth it. Gods love is worth getting out of my comfort zone.
I refuse to stand by and let people live their lives without ever knowing that there is someone who will never abandon, who will always cherish, and who loves so fiercely it can’t be ignored.
So this is me embracing the things God is calling me to, in the hope that only good can come out of it in the end.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far! This opportunity to travel and spread the word with The World Race is something I am so thankful for! If there is any way I can be praying for you, please reach out.
