Cambodia has come to a quick end!
This season has been challenging, hard, so joyful, fruitful, and exactly what the Lord wanted. It has been so hard to put my thoughts for this place into words. I can remember like it was yesterday landing in the Phnom Penh airport thinking what are these symbols I am seeing everywhere! Then we got into ministry and it was so beautiful but challenging to give so many kids maximum energy everyday. Our squad had some changes, everyone was getting really sick, and I got stuck in a valley for a little bit. The Lord has been so good to me through everything I’ve gone through here! He got me out of my valley and put me into a place where I got to hang out with our college students at ITCS. Ive never felt so close to a group of people. I made some amazing friends! We played soccer, had movie nights, we worshiped together, laughed together, we even just sat and watched all the sunsets. I love them dearly. We got the opportunity to go to the villages and do ministry with unreached families. I have gotten to love on my community so well, from Sopia, the women who makes our lunches, to Smey, the women who makes our coffee. This place has become a home for me and no matter how many times it has been so hard and I’ve wanted to leave, this goodbye will be my hardest. I have truly gone through incredible growth and now I have a family here too.
So, as we are getting ready to leave for our Last country on Friday, I wanted to show you how beautiful my time here has been. These photos hold so many special memories so I hope they bring you some joy. I might not have the right words to sum up three months yet, but I do have 40 photos!
Enjoy, I love you guys! Swaziland here I come!
