Buenas!

For the past week and a half, my entire squad (25 people) and I have been living on a farm in Nicaragua and doing ministry with an AIM base here. There have been numerous ministries, but the most common for my team have been prayer walks, manual labor, and most recently a Valentine’s Day Dinner for the married couples in the community!

The people and our translators here have been incredibly welcoming and eager for prayer. Our translators have been encouraging us and asking us to step out in prayer, sharing messages, prayers for healing, service, and overall encouraging our faith these past few weeks! Their faith and their expectancy to see God move in the lives of their community and ourselves has pushed me but also given me a new perspective on our daily ministry. It has been wonderful to be here!

(Also as a side note – I have been speaking more Spanish than I ever have in my life, and one of our translators *Shoutout Julio* has even been challenging me to share words of encouragement and prayer in Spanish) So while praying for our team and our ministry, please pray for my Spanish to be understandable and to continue to serve in this way – it could always use a LOT of improvement!

There is a lot I could share, but for now my battery at the coffee shop WiFi is running low, and a picture is worth a thousand words right? So below are some pictures from our ministry days here in Nica<3

One of our prayer walks included a visit to a shoe shop where several young men make nicer shoes for work.

On my Birthday (February 8th) we were able to dig ditches to help with the foundation for a church that is growing so much they need to expand their building
