Driving home from work I got this really HORRIBLE smell and it got me thinking that’s 1 thing I’m not going to miss while I’m gone!!! So here’s a short list of things I’m not going to miss!!!
1. Waking up at 4am for work
2. Working a 10-12hr shift
3. Getting flooded out of my house
4. The smell of molded corn in the silos
5. The smell of rotting on the vine soy beans
6. Traffic jams
7. Road construction
8. Potty training Iris (beagle puppy)
9. 2am phone calls
10. Shots!!!
Very short list but it’s hard to think of stuff I’m not going to miss because the people in my life are so important to me. I don’t know want to think of how hard it’s going to be without them.
Ok a little seriousness now… by the grace of God we have raised over $12,000!!!! Still have a ways to go but that distance is getting shorter!!! Thank you for for supporting me and praying for me. Please continue to pray for my fundraising efforts as well as my squadmates. Also, please be praying for the people of the Nations I’ll be traveling to. God has something major in store for my squad, I can’t wait to see it unravel.
