Hey ladies and gents! Just giving you all an update on how things have been progressing for me. So sit back relax and have a read.
A few days ago I broke my first goal mark of $5,000 and now I’m getting extremely close to breaking $6,000!!! God has been so good to me in bringing people along side me to help me financially and in preparing me to leave. Lately I’ve been worrying about if family and friends would forget about me while I’m gone. Not completely forgotten more like have inside jokes that I have no idea about or my friends not being excited that I’m home. Just silly things that have wormed their way into my mind the last few weeks. I’ve also been worrying about several dear friends who I’ve become their rock once I leave in 3 months. I know it’s just a ploy to make me want to stay but I know the truth and that is to go and spread the Word of God to the nations.
It’s strange to think that in a few short months I’ll be leaving for 11 months! So many emotions are constantly running through my mind. Everything from excitement to fear, then everything in between.
Please be praying for my squad, we’ve lost several people since 2019 started. From them switching routes or deciding not to come on the WR at all at the moment. We’ve also gained a few new people since 2019 started as well. I’m looking forward to meeting my squad in person in a few months down in Atlanta and then off we go to our first country.
Please also be praying for me and my fundraising efforts. My next goal is duecin May and I’ll need a grand total raised of $10,000. I’m currently at $5,704!!! Getting so close to breaking $6,000! Currently have multiple fundraisers going and more are on the way.
