Fewa Lake – hike through the forest or paddle board in the lake looking at the Annapurna Himal

Food I want to try:

Thukpa – boiled, hand-pulled noodles, with shredded buffalo, and veggies

Maas Ko Bara – light patties made from mashed lentils and masala, fried in mustard oil, an egg is cracked over the top and minced meat is added

Keema Chatzmari – Nepal’s version of pizza, rice flour crepe most commonly topped with an egg, meat, cheese, and onions

Momos – dumpling like dish typically filled with buffalo meat, steamed, fried, or served in curry sauce

Lassi – sweet yogurt like drink
