If I get to be a tourist I want to…

  1. Gorges of Dades – hike around the Gorges carved by the Dades river

  2. Find the tree climbing goats

  3. Sahara desert

 

Food I want to try:

  1. Makouda – deep fried potato ball dipped in spicy harissa sauce

  2. B’stilla – layers of thin pastry with pigeon meat (?!?!?), almonds, eggs, saffron, cinnamon, and coriander, dusted with powdered sugar

  3. Mint tea

  4. Tagine – chicken or lamb cooked in a clay pot with spices and vegetables
