Look at God go!!! WE are fully funded!! 15 months ago I heard the Lord so clearly call me to this new, exciting, and scary adventure. I shared with you how terrified I was of trying to somehow raise the money to get here and quite frankly I had some deep seated doubt in my heart that the Lord would really provide. Silly me, right? But what do you know? As I shared my excitement you jumped right in with me, as I shared my fears you jumped into prayer, you offered encouragement, you made sacrifices and you became a part of the Lord’s work in South Africa, in Ecuador, and in Cambodia.
I want to give you a glimpse into just a fraction of the harvest the Lord has reaped and is reaping through your faithfulness.
Month one in Jeffrey’s Bay, South Africa you helped minister to over 100 middle school and high school students at a weekend camp, and almost 20 of those campers dedicated or rededicated their lives to the Lord. You helped build the foundation of a brand new Christian primary school classroom, a safe place where children will encounter the Lord for years and years to come.
Month two in Jeffrey’s Bay, South Africa you helped 29 underprivileged children find refuge in a ministry that advocates for, encourages and leads them in their spiritual, physical, and emotional needs.
Month three in Jeffrey’s Bay, South Africa you helped reach thousands of listeners with the word through a local christian radio station. You helped add over 1,000 books to the Beats and Books children’s library, helping children further one of the most precious gifts, their education.
Month four in Quito, Ecuador you helped supply clothes, food, and Christmas presents to over 450 Ecuadorians and Venezuelans struggling to get on their feet. You helped in introducing a community of young children to the Father through games, songs and intentional interactions. You helped to house volunteers working with underage victims of human trafficking.
When you chose to support my trip, you chose to support the works of His kingdom and man have I witnessed His Kingdom come in these last 4 months.
You’ve helped show people a love like they’ve never seen, you helped created laughter and smiles, you’ve helped people walk through their darkest days and fears, you’ve helped create places of safety and trust, you’ve helped witness to the goodness of the Lord, and still there is more to be done, the Father isn’t stopping here, and thanks to you neither am I.
I can’t express the sincere gratitude I hold for each of you. Not only have you been a part of loving and serving His nations, but you’ve loved and served me so so well. Thank you for daring to chose into the work of the Father and for daring to chose into His hand in my life. YOU are a warrior for His Kingdom!
