Hello to all my friends, family, and any strangers!
As you can tell by this blog I’m going on a trip called the World race! In August 2019 I will be leaving for a year to spread the love of God all over and share his message. My squad and I will be going to 11 different countries. I look forward to being able share this journey with you. Thank you in advance for all the prayers and support! You are all the best!!
Since you’re in the “About” section I might as well introduce myself! I’m Erika DeBruyn. I’m currently 21 and living in a small town in good ol’ Iowa. I’m not one to usually talk about myself a lot so I might as well give you some basic details in hopes you get to know me more!
- I’m a cat mom to the cutest little girl who just so happens to have a mustache.
- I have an unhealthy addiction to candy. Chocolate, sour stuff, you name it and I probably like it!
- My all time favorite animal would be a shark. I could go on and on about why I love them but I’ll save you from that story 😉
- I dropped out of college after 2 years and at this point have no interest in going back.
- Back in April of this year I had major hip surgery. I left the hospital with 5 screws in my hip!
I promise there is more to me than just all of this. The best way for you to figure it out is to just talk to me and ask! I’m the biggest open book and would love to have conversations with you 🙂
