The past 5 months have been the adventure of a life time! I have been to 6 new countries, learned to say “hello” in 4 new languages, met so many amazing people, and had more adventures than I can count. And all of this makes me think, think about how grateful I am to all those supporting me in this journey! Gratitude is the only logical reaction to the situation I have found myself in. So let’s talk about it:
First, I want to say there are so many people supporting me and a lot of them I have very little personal relationship with. To all these people, I want to say “Thank you!”
Thank you for your prayers.
Thank you for supporting me financially.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to see God’s kingdom around the world.
Thank you for stepping out in faith.
THANK YOU!
These people are walking in faith and they are all around. Most of you decided to support me without my knowledge. They are my parent’s friends and my friend’s parents, they are my sibling’s in-laws or a church I went to for only about a year.
I also want to take a moment to say a special thank you to a man that I have only had one phone conversation with yet he has decided to partner with me by setting up a monthly donation and I couldn’t possibly be any more grateful.
There are also those I am closer to that have supported me. Most of these are either my awesome Booster family or my extended family. You got to see some of the passion I had for this new chapter of my life and backed it. I am especially gratefully for how well the Leadership in Booster supported me in this. I will always be grateful for how easy and guilt free you made my transition.
Then, there is my family. Listen! I could not ask for a more amazing and supportive group of people. First my grandparents! Nana and Papa have been so selfless in giving and praying for me. They even helped me buy the very laptop I am writing this blog from without me asking just because they heard it would be helpful to me.
Also, Each of my siblings have been supporting me financially via monthly donations for about a year now. And that is not convenient for basically any of them. Whether it is expecting babies, student loans needing paid, homing a foster child, or saving for a possible move. They all have other things their money could be going towards. But more than that, they have made time to talk and video chat with me and I know they keep me in prayers and even teach there kids about what I’m out here doing. I miss you all so much and am so grateful for your support! I love you all!
And finally this brings me to my biggest supporters! The ones who stored all my extra junk, who decided to watch my pup (even though they love him now), the ones who started giving financially from day one, they also helped me to reach out to others, they share my photos and my posts, the ones who bought me most of my gear, and mostly of all have spoken truth, love, and life into me all along the way! You guessed it, it’s my amazing parents! I don’t know what else to say other than I don’t know where I would be without you. Your love and support have done more for me than you could ever know and I can’t even begin to fathom how to put it into words. Thank you! I miss you! I love you!
These are the people who have supported me and helped me get where I am. There may be some who were not as explicitly mentioned. Just know that I see what you have done for me and am grateful.
And if you would like to join this team in supporting me feel free to subscribe to this blog, leave a donation, and/or reach out to me how you could support me another way.
Once again I want to say thank you to everyone. And remember, Jesus and I love you!
