Hello once again friends, this blog is going to be a bit different…

I have been dealing with a reoccurring medical issue since the 10th of September. I’ve been to the clinic twice and was in the hospital once, without getting any answers. So after a lot of thought, prayer and seeking counsel from my team, I have decided to leave the field. I am now home, and will be going to the doctor on Monday. This was a super hard decision, because The Lords call for me to go to Asia was so so clear, and now He wanted to bring me back home earlier than expected. But I am surrendering everything for His will for my life, which may not be easy, but to walk in obedience is such a beautiful thing.

The Lord used me in ways I may never get to see, but He used me to plant seeds of faith in the young women and kids I encountered. He is tending to them now pouring into them so that overflow can be used by them to grow in their faith. 1 Peter 5:10 says “And then, after your brief suffering, the God of all loving grace, who has called you to share in his eternal glory in Christ, will personally and powerfully restore you and make you stronger than ever. Yes, he will set you firmly in place and build you up.” I came across this verse the last night I spent with my team, and they were able to encourage me in this verse. The reward I receive will be so much more because I obeyed The Lord, even though I had to make a big sacrifice.

I am boldly stepping into this new season He has me walking into without much clarity. But we walk by faith not by sight. While on this trip Holy Spirit has taught me again and again that when we listen and follow Papas guidance the reward we receive is so much sweeter than we could ever think. He won’t lead us into dangerous waters without walking hand in hand with us. I’m so unsure why this happened and I may never figure that out, but when and if I do I know it’s going to be so so clear why I walked through this. My team has been so patient with me, and so supportive. We said our “see you laters” at the airport Friday morning. I ask for prayers for peace covering them and myself. I’m so excited to see The Lord continue to move mountains in Thailand, and transform their hearts.

Love you all so so much and thank you for all of the support!!
