Hey guys! If you are reading this the day that I’m posting it, then I officially leave Cicrin tomorrow morning! After 3 weeks here, we are heading north to another ministry cite in Nicaragua! This last week here has been so much fun and I thought I’d just share some of my highlights with you guys! This week has been birthday week! Bailey, Mackenzie shared a birthday on the 11thand Mickie’s birthday on the 12th! So, we’ve had lots of cake, dance parties and even got to have a movie night with all the kids here and watch Heaven in for real. It has been so much fun celebrating them! Then after that when we went back to our rooms we had a little surprise, a scorpion was in one of my roommates towels. That was super fun, but now I can say that my chaco killed a scorpion, not me but I did offer my shoe. Then the next morning this turned interesting, at breakfast we found out that if we wanted, we could go watch tomorrow night’s supper meet its end. So, a majority of us all went up to the pelibuey and watched one unlucky little pelibuey die which was traumatizing and very sad. I cried; thought I was going to throw up. Then in a spit moment of braveness or whatever you want to call it I decided to hold the heart. So, if you would like to see photo evidence of this happening go check out my Instagram. The next day for supper we had a valentine’s day party with everyone at Cicrin! We played lots of games and danced! Then we got to try out our friend whom we named Yummy. It was no joke one of the best things I’ve ever pelibuey ate. As I’m writing this it’s my last day here on Omeptepe Island, so if you guys would please pray for health for my team as we have been dealing with some sickness and safe travels as our teams split up for the rest of the trip!
