Hello everyone!
i’m coming at you live from nicaragua! so it’s been a while since i’ve posted a blog but as some of you may know I headed to Georgia on 23rd January for training camp! it was so much fun, i learned a lot and met some amazing people! I’ll get more into that another time. just want to let you guys know what’s going on! So on Monday the 27th my whole team head to the airport where we got on a plane to fly from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale! then we had a couple hour layover and then flew to managua nicaragua. we landed around one in the morning and then get to our hostel around three that same morning! we took showers and got a couple hours of sleep and then woke up for breakfast at the hostel jumped on the bus for around 4 hours that took us to the port where we got on a ferry that took us out to Ometepe Island the ride took about an hour or so once we arrive we helped on the bus and drove to our home for the next three weeks that night we had supper and then had worship down by the lake! how cool is that?!? I’m currently in the works of making a video of our travel days so expect a coming soon but I am having a hard time putting it together with no Wi-Fi and all that jazz. also if you would like to watch a different video in the meantime a couple of my teammates are also making videos that have been uploaded if you want to check out their blogs. alex stiles did an introduction video if you’d like to get to know everyone that I will be living with for the next three months. also my team leaders Matt & Sarah aren’t yet fully funded so if you feel let please check out there blogs which is on the sidebar of my blog and you can donate by clicking the orange button they says “donation” more updates to come but in the meantime i can’t figure out how to post photos on here so please check out my instagram where i will be trying to post frequently! hopefully will have more blogs next week!
