So let’s address the element of this mission trip that’s giving me a little anxiety.
EIGHTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS.
At first I thought “no big deal, I can do that.” But then I realized that I have 5 months until I launch out of the United States for a year…and then I was like “WHERE AM I GOING TO GET THIS MONEY???”
But the Lord is already providing! The first week of fundraising and you guys have already sent $600 my way, which means I’m 3% of the way to my end goal! Whiiiiiich doesn’t really sound like much…but I’m hopeful that the Lord will continue to provide in little ways, which will add up to big ways, which will eventually fund my entire trip!
So this short post is really just to say thanks for believing in me and investing in the work that I’m going to do with the Lord in 2019.
