Hey everyone!!! I made it to South Africa last Wednesday after a very long long long bus ride!!! This month we are working with an organization called impact Africa! One of my favorite things about impact is that if all the volunteers and people from america left all the ministry here could still continue on! They have trained staff who live in South Africa that help run each branch of this organization! The people who run impact have such a heart for this ministry and it flows out of them in everything that they do!! We stay at an old bed and breakfast with 11 other people our age who intern for them!! It kinda gives a youth camp feel but I really enjoy it!! We do ministry from 8:30-3:30 everyday! This past week was holiday for the schools so ministry looked a little different than it will this coming week! So far we have done door to door evangelism and impact kids which is where we go and teach the kids in the squatter camp about Jesus and get to love on them! God is working hard through impact Africa! Everyday peoples lives are being changed and healings are being saw! Our team is growing deeper in faith and love and it’s incredible!! This month is going to change my life and I can already feel it!! Also, please keep my team in your prayers! Starting their 3 month not being home can be very challenging! Thanks for reading my blog!
