I am back from Peru with new friends, stories, and experiences. The past month was filled with growth; God taught me the importance of being firmly rooted in His Word and sharing the gospel with others.
I want to thank everyone who supported me either financially or with prayer. God did great things over the course of the month. We worked with a total of four churches and did a variety of activities at each one: praying for others, construction, working with disabled people, building relationships, and helping at an English cafe. He used bus rides and daily interactions to provide us with opportunities to love others and make the love of Christ known. This trip, however, is not about what my team did, but about what God has done and is doing in Lima, Peru. My prayer is that God worked in the lives of each person that my team came into contact with and that He was glorified in everything that was accomplished.
