oh wow ~ I can’t believe it! The time has arrived – launch is in 2 weeks !! and then we will be in MONGOLIA! To say it snuck up on me would be an understatement, but still, I’m ready to go and expectant that the LORD will move!

This morning I got an email with my ministry host and info for the month so I wanted to share with you what we will be doing!! It is SO good!
We will be working with a ministry called Transformation Mongolia in Baruun Urt. Here is a little snippet of their heart:
‘”Loving People Changing Nations” – Our vision is to continue to plant
churches, currently we have 13 within the family of Transformational Mongolia. We seek
to impact the entire Mongolian community through spiritual, musical, educational and
sports based outreach initiatives.’
How incredible!!!!!!! I’m giddy already thinking about the opportunity to come alongside these brothers + sisters in the work they are doing! I love love the unity + connectedness of churches throughout Mongolia to bring the Kingdom!! so, so good!!!
But guys – it gets EVEN BETTER! Truly, my jaw dropped when I read this:
When reading over the ministry tasks, the first few were teaching english & music/sports outreach – which are incredible, BUT then I got to the last point that said:
“-Also wants to start a coffee shop, could use people with business expertise, construction
experience, food services experiences and a design background.”

How cool?!?!? Time and time again He reminds me that HE is the greatest story writer and the best plan-maker and his thoughts are higher than my thoughts + ways higher than my ways! Wow, I love loving Him & being loved by Him. I wish I could express to you the overflow in my heart of joy and gratitude – this season ahead is going to be good, so good. Because he is good, always + forever. Amen. Hallelujah!!!
now, after that brief intermission of letting my heart run wild in joy – you might be a little curious as to why I got so excited when I read those words.
Well as I’ve talked about before, I have wanted to open a coffee shop for ministry purposes since I was about 15 and a big prayer of mine over the race was opportunity to dive deep into hospitality ministries (esp. cafe/hostel) to not only invest in the Kingdom now, but prepare for ministry longterm – and the LORD provided already- month one! Incredible LORD
Now, I have no real idea of where the ministry is in the planning + implementation process, but I can’t wait to come alongside them whatever stage they are in & use my business degree to help them 🙂 I have been dreaming/ planning / studying coffee shops for years now so I have full confidence I can bring help to the table!! The LORD is such a good match maker ! I am so excited he placed my team here!
Pray:
- Pray for this opportunity- for helping build the coffee shop ministry, for opportunities to love + encourage + challenge our brothers + sisters in Mongolia
- for my body to adjust to food + meat + dairy
- Fundraising : launch is in two weeks – I still have about $4,500 left to raise
I ask for your prayerful consideration of coming alongside me in the work of the gospel. It is already SO clear that the LORD has brought me to this year and he is already moving in ways I could of only dreamed of!!!! I fully believe it is such a worthy investment into the KINGDOM
