Hey Guys guess what?!? Gap T squad is no longer going to Malaysia.
A few days ago our leadership team made the announcement that we are not going to Malaysia but instead we are going to Myanmar (Also known as Burma) !!!
We are more than excited to be called there!
we were also super shocked because we have heard that it can be pretty dangerous and there are a few parents that said that you can pick any route from the World Race except the one with Myanmar… but here we are!
so our route will now be Guatemala for three months, Thailand for one month, Myanmar for one month, and then back to Thailand for one month and then Swaziland for three months!

1.) The population of Myanmar is 55,746,253
2.) he average life expectancy is 57 years.
3.) Today 89 percent of the population of Myanmar is Buddhist.
4.) Both men and women in Myanmar use a yellow paste from the bark of the Thanakha tree as a cosmetic
5.) You will see small children wear holy thread around their neck or wrist for protection from bad spirits or spells.
6.) A Buddhist monastery called Taung Kalat sits atop a volcanic plug rising 170m (558ft) above the slope of Mount Popa, the 1,518m (4,980ft) volcano on which it stands
