Let me first start this post by saying HOW AWESOME GOD IS. To be honest, when he tells me to do something, it never e v e r makes sense to me, BUT HE IS SO SO SO AWESOME. This new journey in my life has been so good, so crazy, so scary, etc. and there have been a lot of times when I found myself asking God if I could do it, if I was ready, if I was strong enough… well let me tell you, when God tells you to do something, do it.
Money was and still is the scariest part about this journey to me (I am sure more fears will come up later LOL), but let me give you a recap of some of the things that have happened over the past couple of months:
-I had a man I have never met donate $1,000 to me
-I ended up selling 85 shirts which was way more than I thought I would sell
-I had 2 garage sales that were so successful just because people wanted to donate after hearing what I was doing
– I realized I have the biggest and best support group in the world (you rock family and friends)
-I had a family friend pray and pray about the amount God was wanting her to give to me and it turned out being a little more than what she expected, but it was the exact amount I needed to reach my goal
– I was talking to a woman about how I only needed $400 more to reach $10,000 and within about 5 minutes she donated that amount to me
These are just a few of the things that have happened since this journey has started and it blows my mind every single time I think about it.
It was all God
he told me to go
therefore, he is going to make it happen
so always remember,
when God tells you to do something… DO IT
I have no idea what lies ahead and I have no idea what God has planned for me as this journey continues, but he is so awesome and so good///I cannot wait to find out!!!!
